Q: What sizes do your sweatshirts come in?  
A: We currently offer youth and unisex sizes from YS (Youth Small) to XL (Adult Extra Large).
 Please check our Size Guide for detailed measurements before ordering!
 Q: How long will my order take to ship?  
A: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and you'll get tracking info as soon as it's on the way.
 Q: Where do you ship?  
A: Right now, we ship to the U.S. only. Were working on expanding internationally  stay tuned!
 Q: How do I care for my sweatshirt?  
A: For best results, machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Turn inside out to keep the design looking fresh.
 Q: Where does the 10% donation go?  
A: We donate 10% of profits to vetted reptile rescue and conservation organizations. We'll share updates and stories from these nonprofits on our site and social media.
 Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
